Submission of ETA 9142B

This can take as long as 90 days to process.

This is the earliest date we can submit your application to DOL. During this time, you will be conducting initial recruitment for US employees to submit to DOL in order to obtain certification.

Submission of the ETA 790A

LCI will be submitting your ETA 790A to DOL for processing. Continue gather evidence for ETA 9142A submission as necessary. 1-15 days in this process.

Submission of ETA 9142A

LCI will submit your ETA 9142A once the ETA 790 is approved. This will lead to certification after conducting intial recruitment. 7-14 days in this process.

Submission to USCIS

Once certified, we will file the I-129 to USCIS.
