Stephen serves as the Business Integrator at LCI, bringing over 13 years of dedicated experience to the role. He began his journey with LCI as an Account Manager for H-2B visas, and his innovative approach and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. Stephen designed and developed LCI’s flagship H-2/PERM software, which is the backbone of our operations. Throughout his tenure, Stephen has traveled nationwide to meet with clients, and he has also lobbied in Washington DC to advocate on their behalf. His commitment to excellence ensures that our team remains robust and that any obstacles are swiftly addressed, guaranteeing top-tier service for our clients. Outside of his professional life, Stephen is a devoted family man, married to Nicole, with whom he has two daughters, Rori and Charlotte.
