Nicole Ward

Nicole is a Senior Visa Consultant at LCI. She is one of the top strategic minds in the country. For LCI, she has developed the entire sales department, has an in depth understanding of H-2B and EB-3, and has been shaping the course of the company since 2011.

Nicole is a true foundational piece of our company and her input on the leadership team is invaluable. Nicole’s husband, Stephen, also works at LCI as well as her sister Ashley. Stephen and Nicole have been married for 12 years and have two little girls, Rori and Charlotte, that are the joys of their life.
