NCA Job Fair
We at Labor Consultants International believe the more doors that employers keep open for themselves to secure a consistent workforce, the more success they will find themselves in the H-2B program. The newest and most fruitful opportunities for success within the H-2 programs lie within the recruitment efforts taking place within the NCA countries.
With the additional 20,000 specifically for FY2024, we are presented with opportunities to finally exercise an alternative solution to this cap crisis outside of cap relief, cap exempt returning workers, and in-country transfers. Bringing in workers from NCA countries, regardless of lottery placement or dates requested, gives employers the opportunity to bring in a workforce brand new to the H-2B program that are young and eager to work in the U.S the right way.
By attending the job fair, you can connect with a willing, able, and eager workforce that can come in regardless of your standing in the H-2B lottery, the status of the statutory cap, or the status of cap relief. The ministries of Guatemala and El Salvador will bring in hundreds of qualified candidates that can help to fit your needs for your business with a variety of experience.
Attendees of the job fair have a dramatically lower absconsion rate vs. employers who do not attend the job fair and hire blindly. The ministries will provide you with a translator to help conduct interviews while also providing an efficient and organized system of funneling applicants to you for a quick and easy turnaround.
Past attendees of the job fair have raved about the success of their current employees from these countries because of attending the job fair. Don’t miss out on this opportunity, and let your name be written as one of these success stories!
